Position Description

The Wraparound Services Supervisor plays a key leadership role in overseeing the coordination and delivery of intensive, strengths-based services for children and families involved in the child welfare or juvenile justice systems. This role supervises a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective care planning, fidelity to the Wraparound model, and positive client outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of Facilitators, Parent Partners, and Youth Partners delivering Wraparound services.

  • Oversee service planning, family team meetings, and crisis intervention processes.

  • Provide clinical and administrative support, coaching, and performance evaluations to team members.

  • Ensure program compliance with Wraparound model principles, county requirements, and agency policies.

  • Collaborate with DCFS, DMH, schools, and community partners to support care coordination.

  • Review documentation for accuracy and timely submission, including treatment plans, progress notes, and service authorizations.

  • Monitor client outcomes, service delivery quality, and caseloads.

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and team development activities.

  • Maintain a small caseload or provide coverage as needed.


Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field (required).

  • LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California (preferred).

  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a Wraparound, mental health, or child welfare program.

  • Experience with team-based care models and trauma-informed practices.

  • Strong knowledge of DCFS, DMH, and Wraparound program standards.

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Proficient in electronic health records and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.

Pay: $33.00 to $39.00 per HOUR
