Position Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Associate to provide exceptional support to clients and families. This role involves responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, assisting with program information, and ensuring a positive client experience through phone, email, and online communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Schedule and confirm client appointments and follow-up calls

  • Provide information about programs, services, and eligibility requirements

  • Document all client interactions in the database accurately

  • Collaborate with case managers and program teams to ensure smooth communication

  • Assist clients in completing required forms and guiding them through the intake process

  • Handle service-related issues with empathy and problem-solving skills

  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with agency policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, call center, or client support (nonprofit or social services experience a plus)

  • Strong communication and active listening skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of inquiries in a remote environment

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and virtual communication tools (Zoom, Teams)

  • Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday
