We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Associate to provide exceptional support to clients and families. This role involves responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, assisting with program information, and ensuring a positive client experience through phone, email, and online communication.
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Schedule and confirm client appointments and follow-up calls
Provide information about programs, services, and eligibility requirements
Document all client interactions in the database accurately
Collaborate with case managers and program teams to ensure smooth communication
Assist clients in completing required forms and guiding them through the intake process
Handle service-related issues with empathy and problem-solving skills
Maintain confidentiality and comply with agency policies and procedures
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
1+ year of experience in customer service, call center, or client support (nonprofit or social services experience a plus)
Strong communication and active listening skills
Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of inquiries in a remote environment
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and virtual communication tools (Zoom, Teams)
Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace
Full-time, Monday to Friday
